What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently our shipping method is by land. We can ship within the Phnom Penh city and to nearby province with minimum order 60 cylinders each trip.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently this shipment is not available, but we hopefully in the future, we are able to do it.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Normally, customer will be asked to schedule the order one to two day in advance, so our team will arrange it to deliver according to the schedule. Sometime we can do faster than it is.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We are accepting from the following transaction:

- US Dollars
By bank transfer.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

With our company, currently buying online is not available yet. But you can purchase by visiting our store. or pay us in advance by any transferring method. So we will arrange the order for you in the next day.

How do I place an Order?

For now, you can place an order by visiting our showroom or you can call and pay us in advance and we will arrange the order in the next day.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you have made your order within the same day you can manage to cancel it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

It will be appreciate for us if you can provide us more information with the account register so we can know its you and we can have more detail about you too. Anyway, order by telephone and provide us more information is also ok for us.

How Do I Track My Order?

Currently this tracking system is not available yet.

How Can I Return a Product?

Yes you can. Please make sure you check the product quality and test it before leave our store or check it within 3 days. If there is a problem with can change the new one for you.
